Enterprise software is one of the hardest design disciplines there is: it is not made of isolated tasks, but of long workflows, interconnected departments, legacy systems, and compliance requirements. Before any screen is designed, I structure menus, parameters, navigation paths, and mental models so users find what they need without searching.

The technician arrives in the morning, checks his orders, drives to the plant, performs maintenance, documents it, drives back.

At the "Order Overview" touchpoint, the technician needs the following information: Plant ID, location, maintenance type, urgency. He selects an order → the system shows plant details → he confirms acceptance.
User Story
As a technician, I want to see the urgency of an order in the overview so that I can prioritize.
